Finally, after years of shameful absence… they have arrived.
The legendary DOS games, the pixelated dinosaurs that defined an era and stole countless nights of sleep, are finally on the site. Monkey Island 2, Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, Day of the Tentacle… names that for some are legend, for others just a distant echo of a time when games had no DLC — only bugs and floppy disks. It was embarrassing not to have them. Now, it’s not.
Descriptions? Yes, we’re letting AI help us. Not because we trust it, but because we have no choice. The first tests are promising… though we know it’s only a matter of time before the AI starts telling us how to run the site and we simply obey.
Meanwhile, we’re working on the detailed game pages. Thanks to WordPress custom fields, we can finally organize information like we actually know what we’re doing — and maybe, one day, this cataloging will come in handy when the site is studied by digital archaeologists.
And then… there’s something new coming. I won’t spoil it. Not because I want to build suspense, but because if we fail to finish it, no one can accuse me of breaking a promise. You’ll probably like it.
Oh, and the app… well, the services keep going haywire as if they had a mind of their own. Time is short, debugging is hell, but hopefully by the end of the month we can restore some order — or at least convince the bugs to slow down, just enough to make us believe we’re in control.
