Here is the video game “Hanna-Barbera’s Cartoon Carnival”! Released in 1995 on Windows 3.x, it’s still available and playable with some tinkering. It’s an action and racing / driving game, set in an arcade, licensed title and tv cartoons themes and it was released on Mac and CD-i as well.
