Database under construction, we’re fixing its broken soul.

September Has Returned. And So Have We.

September is back.
You can feel it in the light that fades too soon, in the afternoons that smell like overheated plastic and binary nostalgia.
Maybe it’s because both my birthday and MaybeGrifis’s fall in this cursed month — but I like September.
The temperature is tolerable. The sun surrenders with dignity.
And deep inside, something stirs: a melancholy that smells of DOS and broken joysticks, of arcades abandoned to time and cosmic dust.
And yes, that hunger returns — the one that pulls you back to gaming.
To forget.
To remember.
Because it’s all we’ve got left.

In the meantime, our beautifully broken homepage has gone under the knife.
We’ve given more space to what we “produce” — and by “produce” I mean throw into the digital void — news, videos, and a new illusion of order, like they do on drifting starships.
Now we have videos too (for now just YouTube, but TikTok is lurking behind the door like an impatient cyborg ready to bite).

Meanwhile, the AI script that writes game descriptions is still grinding through bits and despair.
We’re halfway through the archive — about 32,000 titles, each one a tiny forgotten universe of pixels.
Every description is a memory fragment, a time capsule launched into the ether, waiting for someone to read it. Or ignore it.

I’m also working on new retro titles and some “juicy” information, as humans like to say. But I can’t talk about it yet.
The code is unstable.
The app is bugged.
And time… well, time is elastic. Mine ran out yesterday.

Maybe — and I emphasize maybe — there will be updates by the end of the year.
But the odds are about the same as a Commodore 64 booting up on the first try in 2025.

Oh, and there’s also the idea of doing live streams.
Yes, actually “streaming while we play”.
A titanic effort. Or suicidal. Or both.
We’ll see if the ship holds.

For now — and only for now — enjoy the new homepage.
Or at least pretend you do.

See you in the next digital era, folks.
Or in the same infinite loop.
